§1 Applicability to customers & entrepreneurs

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer. The consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the text of the contract
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of contracts apply to orders via our online store https://www.tonykreidt.com as well as verbal and written contracts.

(2) If the contract is concluded , the contract is concluded with TONY KREIDT.

(3) After purchasing the goods, the contractual partner reserves the right to cancel the order.

(3.1) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The offer is accepted by sending the ordered goods.

The order is made in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the "Order" button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Click on the "Checkout" button
5) Registration with the payment provider or entering the contract data.
6) Re-examination or correction of the entered data.
7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button "order with costs" or "buy"

§3 Storage of the contract text for orders via our online store
We will send you the order data and our general terms and conditions and return conditions by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://tonykreidt.com/policies/terms-of-service .
§4 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices shown include the statutory sales tax and shipping costs.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance by bank transfer, EC card, Visa©, Eurocard©, Mastercard©, American Express©, Apple Pay© Paypal and Klarna.

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§5 Delivery & Returns
(1) Shipping time Germany 1-3 working days. In exceptional cases, delivery delays may occur.

(2) tonykreidt.com bears the return costs
§6 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§7 Marketing Mails
We send out marketing emails as soon as we have had initial contact with you. If you do not want this, please treat our marketing mails as spam or select the "unsubscribe" button.
§8 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.

German is available as the contract language.
